Do you need a visa to attend Flock?  Fill our the Visa request form here:

It is better to request a letter, even if you are waiting on funding confirmation than to not have a letter and not be able to attend.

Also, don't forget to submit the cfp and comment on the submissions at pagure.io/flock/issues.
