Hello all.
As you all know, there has been some work going the website and other
artwork request (and some others that haven't been asked and yet, will be
needed).
The current status of those is the following, however, in order to finish
them we need a lot of feedback, which I'm not getting either from the IRC
or Tickets, hope to get it at the mailing list.
Please, remember that all of this are just proposals needing some feedback
and can be completely changed:

As you may see, there is some information missing in here and at the
website, such as "where" in the College of Charleston, "When" as in
from
when-to-when will the event be. Would be also good to have a number of
workshops, talks, etc and use those for marketing purposes. Also need a
list of marketing items that will be used, such as flyers, pins?, name
tags, bags?, banners, etc etc etc.
Even if this it not FUDcon we should definitely start to use the guidelines
so we don't miss any item, at the end, a lot of effort has been put into
make it; is there, so lets use it.
Not sure if this things have been discussed so far somewhere, if so, please
excuse me and point me the right direction to look at; if not let's *all of
us* take this as a call of attention to provide all the information needed,
not only to those who want to contribute, but also for those that have been
complaining about the lack of transparency that the event organization has
so far.
