We are pending the hotel contract being signed at this moment. Dates are
same as stated earlier, August 8-11 for the conference.
Good news. I hadn't seen an announced date yet, and the three bids all had
different proposed dates.
As for the process, I figure we can start that conversation soon, but
I
don't want to distract from getting this rolling now.
