there is a flock attendees list that i got a notification email about
a few weeks ago. I haven't seen any messages go through it yet, but
since I didn't personally subscribe myself to it, I'm assuming that it
was pre-populated with the emails of people that signed up for it.

Sounds like a good idea. Can you socialize this somehow? I wish we
had a flock-registered mailing list for stuff like this. I suspect
not everyone is on flock-planning.
Get a count of how many we expect to need and I'll see about
ordering and bringing them. (I'll coordinate with Ruth and Tom).
