At FUDCon Lawrence we found that for several talks it was really
effective to use a Google Hangout. There was a specific set of steps
the hosting person could follow to stream content through YouTube, and
simultaneously capture to a video people could watch after the fact.

This likely uses a certain set of ports to do the capture outward.
Recommend we include this as a backup plan, since our experience in
previous large Fedora events was that other ad-hoc solutions (1)
didn't cover all the material the community was interested in seeing
after the fact, and (2) sometimes didn't function as planned.
