I am interested if I can get up early enough. I’ve heard from someone off
list and they are also interested. My intention is to buy a yoga mat
locally at TK Maxx where it will be cheap.

Yoga at FLOCK Dresden?

+1 – I was planning to suggest a Flock Fit morning later this week for
interested folks to meet and work out in the gym together, since I know
some people usually have workout routines they stick to during Flock.
Yoga would also be awesome!

Maybe not Wednesday morning though, since I think some of us might still
be fighting off red eye. :-)
