While we're happy to have them (and anyone else) help us plan, we only
need one person for the scheduling committee.
just in case the answer didn't reach you:
Christoph is the primary representative of FAmSCo for Flock. But he's
not sure if he can attend all meetings, so Tuan will be his backup.
