Updated Flock 2016 Vienna Bid

Flock Planners,

The Vienna bid has been updated, and can be found here:

I'm going to respond and ask the proposal leads to include more
granular airline information. Right now they list US->Berlin, but we
should get direct flight info from like JFK and IAD at the very least
I'd say.

Any other feedback or input we can provide would be timely, and I'll
tell them to bring the convo back here onto planning, now they it is
an active bid again :)

We need to know how much the venue itself would cost and what that cost
includes.  Catering, lunches, audio/video, etc.

Also is the prices section at the bottom just for the social event?

The Flock bid page calls for "Estimated costs of flights from BOS, RDU,
BOM, CDG, and PRG".
