I was talking to Luke and I think there's a misunderstanding about
dates.  ISTR talking to Ruth earlier about dates, and ISTR she gave me
(or I proposed?) some tentative dates which I added on the WP site.

My recollection is pre-registration would be open longer than the CFP;
I thought we usually do that for conferences.

Luke fixed up a temporary extension to match the end of the voting on
papers.  <http://flocktofedora.net/hello-world/> indicates the pre-reg
is open until July 12.  Let's make sure we know the right dates, and
fix the site to match.

We've always left pre-reg open until the very last possible second I needed
in order to order t-shirts and generate badges.

- Reminder about talk voting
