Although our build keeps disabling this feature, we have Bug#1853937 now and it is hard to fix without enabling HarfBuzz in FreeType. it may be time to enable it in Fedora too because it may be stable enough that they spent 6 years or so since 2.5.3 has been released. Simple exclamation mark "!" visibly improves brightness for some reason. # WINDOW WORKAROUND Where is visible lack of clarity in image, including typography. This can be easily fixed however for example by replacing any url with "!" or "e̊iko" in any browser window, etc. # XFCE WORKAROUND Increase number of workspaces to be equal to number of icons on panel and rename all workspaces to "!" or "e̊iko". :) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
