Removed fonts-korean files (devel) on cvs.

Rebuilt baekmuk-ttf-fonts to obsolete fonts-korean.

Updated https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/RetiredPackages.

Sent mail to [e-mail] asking the package to be blocked from the
appropriate collections in which it is retired.
