Yea, right, build toolchain has been victim of the python3 migration, and
toolchain upstream seems dormant (if it is not dead, it was a uni project lead
by someone with lots of white hairs 10+ years ago)

I seem never to find the time investigating how to make it work with python3.
Probably just better to let the package die at this stage.
