This bug tested FIXED in the latest Fedora version - Fedora24.

Test Observation : Chillu conjunts are NOT getting deleted with the example and
steps provided in the bug description. Only punctuation mark or SPACE is
getting deleted with a single BACKSPACE stroke.

pango-1.39.0-2.fc24
