Rebuilt baekmuk-ttf-fonts to obsolete fonts-korean.
Updated https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/RetiredPackages.
Sent mail to rel-eng@fedoraproject.org asking the package to be blocked from the appropriate collections in which it is retired.
