[Bug 1748495] The terminus font is no longer found by gvim, so text files come up with glyphs instead of characters.

Ah. The cause. Thanks a lot for the notification. I was suspecting
something like that, but thank you very much for pointing at the
specific place.

As for remedies, I will need to try the fonttosfnt based trick from
bug 1753295. It will be interesting to see whether this can work
while keeping old X11 font based programs working.
