Packaging Montserrat fonts

Following the blog posted by Mizmo, I submitted Montserrat fonts for review:

Montserrat[1] is now the official typeface for headlines and titles
within Fedora Project replacing
the venerable Comfortaa (still used for sublogos). It will be nice the
review completed as soon as possible.
