Prerequisites for running 'make fastcheck'

Hi all,

our wiki mentions the new Makefile targets introduced in 4.6.2, namely 
fasttest fastlint and fastcheck.

It is not straightforward to run make fastcheck because of the list of 
pip dependencies that have to be installed first, and I am planning to 
add this information to our https://www.freeipa.org/page/Testing page.

So here is my procedure, waiting for your comments:

1. Create a virtualenv for python3, where the required packages will be 
installed:
sudo dnf install python3-pip
sudo dnf install python3-virtualenv

mkdir /path/to/working-dir
cd /path/to/working-dir
virtualenv-3 --system-site-packages venv3
source venv3/bin/activate

2. Build python-ldap for python3 in this virtual environment:
(venv3) mkdir /path/to/src
(venv3) cd /path/to/src
(venv3) git clone https://github.com/python-ldap/python-ldap
(venv3) cd python-ldap
(venv3) python -m pip install setuptools
(venv3) python setup.py install

3. Install pip packages for fastlint target in this virtual environment:
(venv3) pip install pylint pycodestyle

4. Install pip packages for fasttest target in this virtual environment:
(venv3) pip install ipatests pytest pytest_multihost custodia lxml polib 
jinja2 python-dateutil

5. Re-generate the Makefile in order to use the virtual environment:
(venv3) cd /path/to/freeipa
(venv3) rm Makefile
(venv3) autoreconf -i
(venv3) ./configure

6. Run the Makefile targets:
(venv3) make fastlint
(venv3) make fasttest
or to run both
(venv3) make fastcheck

"make
fastcheck" works with standard Fedora 27 packages. I'm not using
any virtual envs or pip-installed packages on my machine. The
dependencies from BUILD.txt + git are sufficient for me.

Please try this:

$ sudo dnf builddep -b -D "with_python3 1" -D "with_wheels 1" -D
"with_lint 1" --spec freeipa.spec.in --best --allowerasing
$ ./autogen.sh
$ make fastcheck
