Oracle support FreeIPA as part of their general Linux support package, expected to be on Oracle Linux of course however I think they offer support for other Linux OSs too but this might only be through some onboarding phase.

Suse used to support non-suse Linux as well but I don't think they are as flexible as Oracle.

Another option, if your FreeIPA is running on some other Linux, you could add more replicas running on Redhat or Orable and then decommission your existing installations (do your reading, pay attention to your CA!)
