Replica - From version 3 to 4

Hi,

My master server is version 3 and I would like to create a replica but
using version 4. Is It possible without update the master server to version
4?.

Yes, installing a new replica against the existing master is the way to
do it. This is outlined in this guide (EL 6 is v3, EL 7 is v4):
