Update link on directory server troubleshooting page

Hello,

I found the "Directory server tuning" link directs to a RedHat page with a
404 https://www.freeipa.org/page/Troubleshooting/Directory_Server

The broken link is:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Directory_Server/8.2/h...

Would someone mind pointing me to the relevant page?
