Reinstalled Android, lost keys

Hi, some time ago I reinstalled CyanogenMod on my phone (big upgrade), losing all my installed apps and their data. I rarely use 2FA, and where I do, I usually keep the session open, but for some reason I lost the session and now I can't log back in.

I have a backup from before reinstalling the system, can I get the keys back from there? Where should I look for it? Where should I put them for FreeOTP to find them?

How did you make your backup?

I used the ClockWorkMod Recovery tool.

I think I didn't explain myself well in the first post. I have a data.tar and system.tar from the backup on my computer:

data:
adb/, anr/, app/, app-asec/, app-lib/, app-private/, audio/, backup/, bugreports, dalvik-cache/, data/, dontpanic/, drm/, fota/, hostapd/, local/, lost+found/, mediadrm/, misc/, nfc/, property/, radio/, resource-cache/, security/, shared/, system/, time/, tombstones/, user/

system:
app/, bin/, etc/, fonts/, framework/, lib/, lost+found/, media/, priv-app/, tts/, usr/, vendor/, xbin/, addon.d/, recovery-from-boot.p, build.prop

I'd like to know where to look for the FreeOTP files containing the keys, so I can move them to the phone.
