Lodging information on wiki

As lodging status has changed over time, the wiki doesn't appear to have been updated to capture the details. Taking a look at all the active tickets in the fudcon-planning trac, I see several that are related to money and plane travel. I've sorted them here by current owner, and added my comments. mspevack: https://fedorahosted.org/fudcon-planning/ticket/84 -- pending resolution from Ricky, who's going to get me the flights he prefers. Where we'll be on Saturday

The closest auditorium sized hall to the Brickyard (BYAC) at ASU Tempe is in the ART building, just a few minutes' walk from BYAC. We'll be starting things in ART on Saturday morning, and when we're done with orientation + barcamp scheduling we'll move to BYAC. Currently the schedule on the wiki reads that the orientation + barcamp scheduling session runs 0900-1000 on Saturday, and the first session doesn't start until 1100. That works out perfectly IMHO, because we usually run a bit behind. The booklet should probably reflect this, and I'll update the wiki accordingly too. -- Paul W. FUDCon Tempe: Secondary Hotel availability, Hotel round-up

Just a quick note: The date for booking rooms at the Four Points Sheraton was through the 29th of December. I am contacting them to see if they can extend those dates to allow us to keep booking rooms. Hopefully I'll hear back something fairly soon. We have only utilized a few rooms at this hotel thus far (4, to be exact). I believe Jared will be coordinating with Paul later today to see if we can get a list of what rooms have been booked at our primary hotel (Marriott Courtyard), so we can do a quick double-check to see that folks have all booked their rooms. Hopefully, the majority of folks have their reservations at this point. -Robyn

I'd like to give a talk on usability, since in January I will also finish my internship and I hope to share some of my findings and best practices. I'd also like to give one or more about general design / artwork in Fedora. I'll discuss the details on that with Mo and the rest of the Design Team though. I'll also give me the chance to participate in (design) brainstorms. For instance I heard there will be one about the new Anaconda UX, which I'd like to attend to give some input.
