I checked just now , its around USD350 for a flight on 16th May, leaving

Yes I checked it but then I have to take Thu,Fri and Mon off from my organization which I don't think is possible for me but let me ask to my manager and confirm you about that. If I get Monday off, I will book return ticket from airasia only, right now price is $148 USD for return flight.
