Try to be in other side for a little bit, organizing a fudcon is not a
easy task, booking a hotel for 20-30+ persons, making t-shirts for 150+
persons, paying all in advance and waiting for a reimbursement that can
take I don't know how long.

I have been on the other side. FUDCon in Tempe. That was mostly done when I was *not* an employee, and it was in my hometown, and I was the owner, along with Paul. And I've had a significant hand in organizing other FUDCons in the US.  Don't worry, I know quite well that it is not an easy task.

I have also been on this side of trying to reimburse people, buy plane tickets, do reimbursements, help people get through the process, for Tempe, Blacksburg, Lawrence, Valencia, Milan, Paris, Kuala Lumpur, and so on, etc.

I am one person. I am doing the best I can.
