FUDCon Zurich: regular IRC meeting

Hi folks,

It's about time to set up a bi-weekly (later weekly) IRC meeting for
everyone who's interested to help in the planning/organization of FUDCon
Zurich.

Instead of just announcing a random meeting time I'd like to first hear
what times are best for the participants.

So if you'd like to get involved in the organization process let us know
what weekdays and daytimes work best for you. If you state times like
"afternoon" or "evening" we assume local time (CEST/UTC+2).

Keep in mind that the chosen time will be used long-termish and not only
for a single meeting.
