Certainly, arrive evening of Thursday, May 17th and depart on Monday, May 21st. :)
I noticed your pm about maintaining flights, sorry as I was AFK during
that time and did not notice it. Could we have some more details about why not AirAsia?.
Unfortunately, due to my work schedule ($dayjob,) certain flights are approved for me.
Also, if the accommodation costs may be conducted at another location and I will file a reimbursement within the above list, then that would be grand. :)

From 2012-03-29's "Funding Approval Meeting", your funding has been approved. Would you prefer harish buying the flight ticket or prefer getting a reimbursement for it (as flight ticket pricing fluctuates and buying it yourself can get it at a lower price)?
If you prefer the former, to process your flight ticket, we need a few personal details from you.
* Full Name (as in Passport) * Surname (as in Passport) * Passport number * Nationality * Date of Birth (DD/MM/YY) * Issuing Country * Passport expiration date (DD/MM/YY) * Origin Airport * Fly in date * Fly out date * Nights in Malaysia * A scan of your passport

You requested a separate room to stay during FUDCon KL, while the request is approved, we would have to have you to pay for the room first and reimburse half of the amount later. This is due to the difficulty on figuring out a way to recover half the cost if Fedora paid it first. We will, however, book the room early for you.

MavJS, I will buy my own ticket and I appreciate your help. ;)
Is it possible to stay five nights, by arriving on the May 16th? I see some of the long distance travelers doing so. Or it it too lat to inquire on that? What do you think? :)
