Secondary Hotel information updated on wiki

Just an FYI - since we have some updated Secondary Hotel methods of 
getting added to the block, as our date has passed, I've update the 
information on the wiki.

As I outlined in a previous email, we can work with Jackie to add 
someone's confirmation # to the block, or people can call her directly 
and book with her.  I added my own name to the wiki page as the "who to 
contact to get your room merged," so if for some reason a raptor comes 
and eats me, please, um, update accordingly.

I'd normally not stick myself in a single point of failure position, but 
I think the # of people still needing rooms is very low (and getting 
lower as I go through the list and contact folks who don't appear to 
have rooms), and I think most people don't want to just post their 
confirmation #'s directly to a mailing list.  If someone has a better 
idea, let me know, but I've been primarily working with Jackie, so I 
don't want to make this more complicated than it needs to be, either.
