Not sure - plane fare it looks like on Southwest is about $200 + fees when booked on the web. AA doesn't seem to have any sort of evening flight out to NYC on Monday. Any of EWR, JFK, or LGA would work. Hotel is whatever the hotel ends up being, double occupancy :)
* If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful? (Yes/No)
Of course :)
* What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)
Potential Board meeting as is traditional at FUDCon, as well as Infrastructure hackfest around whatever has come up at that point, and most importantly Infrastructure support for FUDCon Live. Also NA Ambassador items as they come up.
* If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
No specific restrictions that I'm aware of at this point.
* Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?
No requirements for a US citizen to travel in the US, I hope :). Dunno about those crazy AZ folks though :)
