I'll pitch a couple of talks (Packaging, and *something* KDE) Lead a hackfest around Qt/KDE/Meego, while trying to invite an upstream superstar or 2 to our humble event.
* If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
My first try came up with $214 6:00am Jan 28 US Airways 86 OMA -> PHX 7:45pm Jan 31 US Airways 517 PHX -> OMA
second try using discounted AA got similar times, with connecting flights through DFW, came in at $196
I'd prefer the first one, no connecting flight, and it leaves later 7:45pm instead of AA's 5:30pm

Following each subsidy meeting I ran, we notified travelers to FUDCon Tempe that they were responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Hopefully Rex has his reservations made at this point? If not, please get in touch with us on the list or IRC channel (or in this ticket) and planners can help, since the original reservation block has closed.
I believe that this ticket can be closed now, since our spending up-front is now done for Rex. We will handle his lodging, but that can be accounted for on the back-end without further ticketing here AFAIK.
