Conrgats to Panama,

I hope im able to attend.
I am concerned it seems that nothing has been done.  ive not seen anything at 
all on the progress of making sure hotel space is available and that fudcon 
space is confirmed etc.

Please can we make sure that meetings are running and announced here and that  
we communicate what is going on

I suggest that Panamanian folks find a fixed meeting time, preferably
one that is good for contributors from other countries too.

Maybe we can use http://whenisgood.net for that.

It is a good idea to also announce meetings in the embajadores mailing
list.

Thanks, there is no plan to use the hotel, the main idea is to use the
villas at Ciudad del Saber, on the sponsorship we request reservation
for around 50 people that is 9 villas. That part of the sponsorship has
not been resolved yeat, but in case we have to cover the villas it will
have a cost of 20.00 dls per person/night in a 3 day event 60 dls per
person.

Next week I will have full answer on the sponsorship of the villas, and
the procedure to reserve them, on a meeting with them on Thursday.

Rewarding meetings, we need to set up an schedule for them to work with
all people, I have requested Neville and Tatica to be part of the team
and other ambassador from central America.

I have also talk to COPA air lines rewarding discount, I have to set
that into the Trak (my Bad), also talked today to TACA air lines their
offers seems more attractive but we have to wait until Wednesday if it
is approve by corporative TACA. Will do the track ticket on a bit.

To get the compromise with the air lines we need to get the amount of
people who will come as minimum, group discount on both air lines
require a minimal of 10 people and they give you 1 free ticket. Congress
promotion will require 60 people on COPA, and 30 People on TACA but they
will give it to us with compromise to have TACA on all advertising of
the event.
