FUDCon: Tempe Additional Hotel Information

As promised, I've got us signed up for an overflow hotel for FUDCon in January.

The rate is $99/night, not including taxes. Rooms can be booked
between January 28th (Friday) and checkout on February 1 (Tuesday). If
additional shoulder dates are needed, I can work with the coordinator
to add those.
