The last time I put up my number on the wiki, I had Fedora trouble shooting calls at 11 PM from random strangers. So yes, I do think putting up numbers in public is problematic even if you ignore the privacy issues. Everything else can go there

Even the ML is publically available, should I ask people to email me the phone numbers privately (off ML)?

Yes, That would work if people are comfortable with their numbers being published in a booklet.
