The hotel confirmed that they can easily accept deliveries before the FUDCon conference. Deliveries need to be addressed to a guest under whose name there's a reservation. Adding the name of the conference and dates is additionally helpful, but the guest name is required.
How early can one send material? I don't want to send it too early, but I think there might be a need to forward on some stuff a week or more before the event.

You could call the hotel directly to see about a specific date, but typically IME, having things arrive 3-5 days before should be no problem.

I'm wiling to buy some print cartridges from Amazon for printing media labels in LATAM. Is it possible to ship them to the hotel?
Regards,
Are you talking about shipping them to the hotel for FUDCon Tempe? I don't see an issue as long as you're able to get them back home with you.

Exactly. Those cartridges can only be bought in the U.S. so shipping them to the hotel will save some time and money. I will order them a few days before traveling then.
