About langpacks : looks good and bad at the same time. I understand it means
one LiveCD per locale.
Good in terms of communication, we can say we have a dedicated version for
each language, sounds local and close to people.
But in terms of server space/network bandwidth/torrent sharing/URL
sharing/quality testing, it looks like pretty difficult to handle.
Adding all langpacks-* packages in live image will certainly increase
its image size. The image size need to be within limit that releng has
