Fedora 27 i18n test day 12th September

Hi,
   We are going to propose Fedora i18n test day on 12th September but if
needed we can move it to 19th September. If Fedora users are not having any
issues for 12th September date then let's propose it to Fedora QA people,
otherwise reply here and we will move it to 19th September.
