When we send this out we have multiple ways we can distribute it:

- Direct link
- Popup on button click (modal or drawer)
- Embed (Full page of custom size)

Direct link looks good to me.

I was just wondering on anonymous survey stuff but that good i think, quick
and easy!! Any suggestions?
