Presently this is blocker for our vFAD.  I saw Jean-Baptistehas sent

"cracklib"
I had contact the maintainer last year. The maintainer said he would
move to zanata. Since then nothing seems happen.

"systemd"
I have no info who is the maintainer. I even doubt if this package team
plans the localization. However we see this package is important, thus
it is on the list.

"pam"
I had contact the maintainer last year. He said that his team is
discussing and get back to me. I have not heard yet.

"Python-blivet"
The link corrected, now it takes right package in zanata.

"Policykit"
I don't know this package. It is not on the list of "Move To Zanata from
Transifex". I am not sure why this comes in there. Can you check with Ani?
