Hi all, As also discussed in another thread, but probably not followed by everyone here, hence a new post on this: Hugo Cisneiros is official AWOL, contact has been made and he would respond about his Fedora contributer status on the list, but he hasn't. Second Life client packaged for Fedora

Okay, after much pain, sorrow and apparently duplicated effort[*] I finally managed to get a vaguely usable Second Life package + deps: http://www.haxxed.com/rpms/secondlife/ * spot has some packages too: http://www.auroralinux.org/people/spot/SecondLife/ Don't expect his and mine to be interchangeable just yet. new version of supertux

There is a new version of supertux out. The announcement is here: http://lists.berlios.de/pipermail/supertux-devel/2006-December/001338.html You should be able to install it from extras-development now. (It installs fine on FC6 for me.) Upstream doesn't consider this a "stable" release, but if it seems to be working well for everyone, I'm tempted to push an update for FC6.
