When you will write patch for all of them to add appdata.

In order for a game to show up in gnome software center, it must have an appdata file. Additionally there is delay between something being added with appdata and it being searchable. Is there a game that does not have an appdata file which you would like to see added? It is far easier for people to act on specific requests.

I recently added a new game: endless-sky. It ships an appdata file from the upstream project, but it's not searchable in gnome-software. Is there a standard process for this? Or should we just file a bug against appstream-data when we add a package with an appdata file?

You could email the maintainer of appstream-data but I don't think he really wants to get emailed every time a package with appdata is added. I would just wait until he refreshes it. One month wait isn't going to make or break an open source game. On Sun, 2016-12-11 at 12:44 -0800, Link Dupont wrote:

Ah, so that is "the process" then. The appstream-data package needs to refresh with the appdata file from each package. That's cool then. As long as I don't need to provide anything else, and it'll eventually get scooped up by appstream-data, I'm happy.

if software center does not display the software then it is meaningless

As already explained to you, you can help by writing patches for pakcages missing appdata to add the appdata. This requires no special skills, just go ahead and do it.
TL;DR: Patches welcome
