Were is the rogue source code? I can do a french version !

The license permits such, but that's something about which you should talk with the upstream developers. Fedora just packages what they produce.

I seem to recall that the rogueforge development has been essentially abandoned. The last rogue 5.4 update was in 2007 when I contributed some updates to make building the rpm a bit easier:
