I have fixed the problem with symbol versions under development, by generating version-release dependencies if an RPM package contains a reference to the GLIBC_2.34 symbol version. These extra dependencies are harmless, but will go away if the mass rebuild is performed against a released version (no .9000 suffix).
This is therefore no longer a reason not to sync rawhide. There might be other reasons not to sync, like critical bugs (one I had to fix with another emergency patch).
