Closing as per last comment. As of https://gitlab.com/fedora/sigs/go/go-rpm-macros/-/commit/bc7e5cc55c4709e8ea5..., there are `GO_` prefixed versions of these flags that are preferred over the blank `$LDFLAGS` and $BUILDTAGS`. These un-prefixed versions will be forbidden in the next version of the Golang Packaging Guidelines.
