Sorry about the late reply, socket-activation was removed mainly because of
https://github.com/docker/docker/pull/10144#issuecomment-70315230 .
Regarding docker not starting, please make sure your /etc/sysconfig/docker does
_not_ have '-H fd://' included in $OPTIONS. Once, that's done restart the
daemon and everything should work fine. HTH.
