I was tackling an issue with disabling specific test files in another thread today https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[e-mail].... when I came across this proposal https://github.com/golang/go/issues/41583 that seems to have been marked as accepted, which might offer a solution to this problem (and my own), when it's eventually implemented.
