Broken dependencies: runc

runc has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:
    1:runc-unit-test-0.0.5-0.1.git97bc9a7.fc24.x86_64 requires runc-devel = 0:0.0.5-0.1.git97bc9a7.fc24
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
