[patch] bug #140: Remove -fno-strict-aliasing

Attached (as "0001-Remove-fno-strict-aliasing-this-is-not-required-beca.patch") is a small patch for bug #140 (https://fedorahosted.org/gss-proxy/ticket/140 - "-fno-strict-aliasing is not needed") which removes the unneeded -fno-strict-aliasing option (I'll file a follow-up to apply |restrict| where usefull).

Thanks for the new patch, but I already reworked the comment, did a
smoke build and pushed to master the previous patch.
