[PATCH] use new mech.d target in contrib rpm

Should we apply this with > 1.11.5 (Fedora backported support) or should
we require 1.13 as that's the version where support will land in MIT
upstream ?

I'm not sure... but my first guess says we should require 1.13 for now...
... beyond that the patch looks good to me.

Well I guess the problem here is that 1.13 has not been released yet :-)
