Description of problem:
I just installed cabal2spec to help with packaging Bustle. However, when I ran it, there was an error as it couldn't find ghc. Perhaps that should be added as a dependency?

Ah yes, for @GHC_VERSION@... actually GHC_VERSION is no longer used, so let me remove it and that should avoid the ghc dependency for now.
