[Fedora-haskell-list] dist-f15-ghc and ghc-7.0.2 for f15

Hi Haskell SIG,

I spotted that rel-eng already made the requested dist-f15-ghc (two
days ago :-/)
and I have started pushing builds to dist-f15-ghc.  So far
haskell-platform-2011.2.0.0 and utf8-string have been backported and built.

Please avoid doing any new package builds in dist-f15 until
we have finished rebuilding everything in dist-f15-ghc.

The right way to do builds is to "git merge origin/master" into f15 branch,
"git push", and then "fedpkg (chain-)build --target dist-f15-ghc".

I will continue backporting builds tomorrow.  When everything has been rebuilt
then I will move all the packages into dist-f15-updates-testing.

I think have finished rebuilding all the packages in dist-f15-ghc. :-)

I have just moved all the packages into dist-f15-updates-candidate
and requested bodhi to push the 100 builds to updates-testing.
