dhall-lang package

Hello folks,

I was wondering if you have already considered a package for the
dhall-to-json cli?

I started to have a look using the cabal-rpm tool, but I'm not
very experienced in Haskell packaging^W ... 
e.g. it seems like it's missing the profiling build requirements,
at least for ghc-half, and the %files list is incomplete.

Looking at ghc-dhall it's only missing about 10 immediate dependencies,
but I can't tell how much are required for each of them, is there a way
to list them all recursively?
